Orlando Tire Repair

got a flat off I4 and gave these guys a call because i don’t have a jack or even a proper spare, the dude who was communicating over the phone didn’t seem to be taking down any information, i told him the tire size and even sent him a picture of it…which he gave no eta or even confirmed he was on the way… got there and assumedly didn’t have the correct tire size so he put in a smaller one thinking i wouldn’t notice… unfortunately i had to go with it because i had no other choice but now i have to spend even more money on top of the 250 dollars they charge you to change your tire because they gave me a wrong size which WILL mess up your car.. Update: I contacted them and they did the right thing and got me the right size tire but they didn’t put it in so now i’ll have to go to another tire place to do so…

Absolutely saved the day (more like week) for our vacation! Wouldn't have made it to our cruise without their speedy response time and service. The kindness and friendliness overall was also very appreciated in such a stressful situation. Thank you, thank you!! Highly recommend 👍

Late as could be, got a hold of these folks near midnight they had somebody to my location within 45 minutes. They said they would be there in 45 minutes and they actually were! Decent brand new Tire, correct size and more importantly had me back on the road tonight. Gentleman that arrived had a great attitude and seemed genuinely glad to be able to help. Did not just seem like a man who showed up for a paycheck it seems like someone who actually enjoys serving other people! Cannot say enough good about this business or the people that they send up they are amazing!

I hit a brick one night two weeks ago (horrible timing, I had to catch a business flight the next day), I needed help taking out the lug nuts since the tire shop where I got my rims at had used a high impact tool. So the lug nuts wouldn’t budge with a regular lug wrench, the whole family tried helping, but no avail. It’s late (8pm) so I decide to call this business, and when the guy picks up he sounds like I’m interrupting him from something important. I explain that I need someone to come out to help remove a tire for me so I can pop in the spare tire and hopefully get my tire patched when I come back from the work trip. The dude takes like 10 seconds to respond with “okay? I need tire information”. That rubbed me the wrong way but I let it slide because I just need help. So I explain that I already have a spare tire, no need to bring a replacement. He takes a long time to respond again. Then he tells me “okay, text your address and we can send a guy over.” I say “okay”, and in that second he just hangs up. I figured that he meant to text the number I just called, so I do. And I get no response for 20 minutes. I call them back and the same guy answers and I ask if they got my mess
